On the water

The beauty of Dartmouth starts with the river Dart, and continues with the views you can find from the river itself. You can choose to use the ferries, take a boat trip on a paddlesteamer, book a kayak safari, crew your own boat or give paddleboarding a go. And there’s more, with coves and beaches close by, not to mention the Regatta and other sailing events. Make our beautiful river, estuary and coast part of your Dartmouth memories.

Ferries

Dartmouth has car and foot ferries across the Dart, as well as ferries to the Castle, Dittisham and Greenway. A great way to get around.
